Materials used: cost plus 30%

Maintenance Fees-

Initial consultation/estimate: free of charge
Man hours: $40 per person, per hour
Materials used: cost plus 30%
Hauling: $95 per truckload

Travel time-

Local: free of charge
Out of town: billable past 15 miles from office
Mileage-local: free of charge
Mileage-out of town: .40 cents per mile past 15 miles
